As usual, we'll have (literally) tons of freshly harvested, cold hardy, gourmet, organic, "naturally grown" garlic on hand, for you to buy and eat, plant, admire, or whatever. Stock up, for months
of tasty, healthy, garlic-enhanced meals.
In 2008, we have listened to those of you who commented that we ought to separate the garlic business vendors from the garlic growers. So, the west side of the garlic marketplace will be devoted to garlic business vendors, and the east side (closer to Market Street . . . see the MAP if you want a more visual idea of what we are doing) will be purely and simply garlic growers. We'll have 56 or so garlic growers on hand (with booths with identifiers G1 through G56) and we have 73 garlic business vendors (pickles, relish, fudge, dog biscuits, etc., with identifiers B1 through B73.
We hope this serves you better, as you peruse the site for the garlic that best suites your taste buds . . . and/or the perfect pickles, honey, pesto, jellies, jams, herb blends, oils,
coffees, teas, spices, dip mixes, horseradish, mustards, cheese spreads,
nuts, maple syrup, chiles, marinades, sauces, butters, sausages, smoked
meats, tarts, crackers, rubs, soup mixes and even garlic biscotti,
fudge, chocolates, toffees, and soap. And there are useful accessories
like containers, flippers, towels, cookbooks, soup mixes, peelers,
presses and keepers and on and on and on.
